It's sound great taking Russian money and giving it to Ukraine because it's right. It will send signal to the world burgers lost their mind. Because banks are build on trust like big chunk of all money in the banks are stolen money and then burgers saying oh we can to some mental moral gymnastic and steal your money so it will hurt the trust a lot and will cost US economy more than token from Russia.

I was from begin sure that this was chunk idea, Putin is not that stupid he knew there will be sanctions after all that what Biden been talking about months before the conflict and what Obama did, Russia did tons of preparation against sanction yet left a big chunk of money for it to be taken. Before this conflict started Putin was hanging out with Xi and they told they have limitless partnership. For Xi to pay Russia for their lost money will be cheap investment to damage USD and US banking system

On top of that all the damage is on Russian controlled territory so they want to give Ukraine rebuild stuff they don't control ?
