First post - been following this one for the last few days on facebook from afar while enjoying my 30 day zucc. This is a long story, so strap in.

Summary: the Malone family adopts pitbull from rescue, pitbull goes missing. Likely dead, possibly shot. Pitmommies worldwide band together to take this family down. They doxx the family twice (first with their real name and address, then with their new fictitious name), flood the small town police dept with calls for murder charges to be laid against family, arranges memorial for slain dog, and start GoFundMe for the rescue, to which Dave Bautista donates $2k as of tonight. Forget Afghanistan and the delta variant - we have maulers to save.

The timeline:

June/July 2021: Nala the pitbull is surrendered to Furever Bully Love rescue in Washington County, Florida with a head wound because the previous owner had to beat her off their other dog with a hammer. Various updates thru 2020-2021 about how she has many problems including heartworms, obesity and dog aggression, not to mention the likely extreme brain damage from the hammer. Nala had another owner during that time - it's not clear exactly when - whom she "knocked over" (in a fit of playful pibble rage, no doubt) and opened recent surgery scars. Nala is a donation/adoption/surrender fee cash cow.

August 5 2021: The Malone family begins the process of adopting pitbull Nala from Florida rescue organization, Furever Bully Love. The Malones pass the neurotic rescue's rigorous background check, and are experienced owners of the Breed of Peace - their last one died of old age. Nala goes to the Malone home for an extended trial adoption, a week long "sleepover".

The rescue demands pictures from the Malone family daily, which they provide - at first.

Here's where things get murky...

August 6-10: Updates from the Malone family stop and Nala is missing. The Malone family claim they gave the dog away to one of the Malones' brothers, that they lost her on vacation, then that she ran away. It's not entirely clear and the story keeps changing. Furever Bully Love contacts the brother, and he claims no knowledge of the dog. Either way, she's gone, and the rescue is DARN MAD about it. The Malones avoid the rescue and speak to no one about whatever happened.

It was a really fun and challenging piece for me to do but I'm really happy with how it turned out, and thanks @brzl for commissioning me!

For those who don't know this is like the giga-ethot of gayming streamers. This foid makes millions scamming straggots by dressing in skimpy clothing and performing sexually suggestive content on a childrens website twitch.tv. She was one of the original 'hottub streamers' who got away with wearing bikinis loopholing Twitch's rules requiring appropriate clothing. She heated up a kiddie pool and barely stood in it so that she could farm scrotes by showing off her fake tits in a swimsuit. Many incels absolutely hated this and have been trying to get her off the platform to this day.

Tonight she apparently went live and started accusing her husband (who no one knew existed) of all kinds of abuse and said that she was going to divorce him. She also claims that he has the 2FA on all of her bank info and has threatened to hurt her animals if she steps out of line (she really likes animals and wants to start sanctuaries and shit). This drama is currently developing.

I'd rather not go too into specifics but I had a guy over a couple weeks ago for a hookup and forgot to close the door so my Akita I've had for 2 years wandered in while we were going at it. I don't know if you guys remember the screenplay that I posted on /r/drama years ago, but I finally turned it into an actual film. I funded and directed it myself.

We're in the process of editing it right now and it should be totally completed at some point in November (or December at the very, very latest).

This entire process has been an emotional roller coaster and the stress has really started to get to me. Making this movie and, by extension, being a filmmaker is the only thing I've ever really wanted in life. I wrote this script (well, an earlier version of it) like 8 years ago when I was still in high school and I've sat on it that entire time while occasionally going back to it and making revisions. I didn't have the time, resources, and maturity needed to actually bring it to fruition until this year. I worked a soulless corporate job at a company run by sociopaths for almost five years so that I could save up money to finally accomplish this. This thing cost me $50,000. I didn't do a kickstarter or take out a loan or borrow from friends or family, this entirely came out of my own savings. I had never directed anything before and I knew that if I told anyone that I planned to spend that much making it, they would have told me it was a stupid idea....but this was a gamble I had to make. I had to take a risk on myself because if I didn't, I would just be one of the countless people that gave up on their dreams and I knew I would regret it for the rest of my life.

I think, overall, everything came out well. There were no major disasters in the production process, my actors all did a great job, and I think it will even be good from a visual standpoint instead of looking like a cheap indie movie (my cinematographer/camera man shot it on an Arri Alexa which is the same type of camera that major film studios use). But I have this constant sense of dread that everyone will hate it and that I'll never get to do this again. I don't even care about the money, I mentally wrote off the cost of the project, but I'm petrified that this project that I poured my heart and soul into and spent years of my life planning will be liked by no one and that people will think I'm a joke for making it.

When it's completed, I'll post a link here so you all can watch it. This movie will either be the start of my career or the end of it but at least I'll be able to go to sleep at night knowing that I tried.

I've been browsing this place while working as a field tech for elementary schools. Today I found out that rdrama.net got blocked on the school wifi. In order to use the school wifi I login with my work credentials. Which means that someone above me saw traffic for rdrama, saw it was coming from an employee, and most likely took a look in here and thought "yeah no one should be browsing this around 8 year olds"
