54 y/o African American male had abnormal blood work and was referred to a hematologist who ordered a path smear. Abnormal follow up gets a referral to hematology oncology where labs get repeated and a path smear is sent for consultation at a different pathology lab. Looking through records, he declined to let us look at medical records since every doctor he saw was at separate hospitals that requires patient approval to release access to previous medical records so we just went in a circle of everybody knowing nothing and just ‘Hey, he's your patient now.'

The proposed is a double edged sword, this will allow people mining fairly to have increased rewards, but this will also make the network more centralized. The people already don't trust nova labs after they deactivated legit miners for their IOT token.

The proposed needed 67% approval to go through, and alas, it didn't go through. You need to lock the tokens you've earned to vote on these proposals, so that means the people with the most tokens get the most say in the vote, which also means the people getting more token by cheating get the biggest vote.
