Nobody except for those who live in Austrilia eat onions except for on hamburgers and a hamburger isn't a vegetable. The food group of a hamburger is a meat, it's not even a fruit.

You should eat a whole pyramid of food for every meal. Therefore I do wonder why people think onions are vegetables when people don't eat onions except on hamburgers or in stir-fry. Apples are a fruit because people eat apples, but you don't see people eating onions. But an onion isn't a meat either because it doesn't come from an animal.

Alberta Health Services is investigating after an undocumented woman says she was denied an emergency C-section at an Edmonton hospital last month.

Perla Estrada, 35, said a doctor told her to go to the hospital on March 25 after an ultrasound revealed she had low amniotic fluid and needed a C-section.

She said at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, she was told she had to pay $5,000 upfront for the procedure and that no doctor there would see her unless she did so.
